I have commented on this before, but it is amazing how much the area you live in looks like parts of Southern Oregon! Nice shot.
The north of England looks very nice. I should once attempt a small trip to these parts of the world, but I fear I shall try and talk the way they talk there and get ridiculed for well looking like a -how do I put this nicely- donkey's rear.
Thanks, I totally lucked out on the weather front for the hikes I have been on this year, but the weather has been crap ever since :(

For a view like this, I think a blister is well, a small price to pay(?).

The blisters were worth it, well not the bit when i popped them and blister juice hit my face :(
I will wear two pairs of socks next time.
